Day 17 - 221.6

Will post workout after the gym.

I'm back from the gym. I pushed myself hard. My shirt and bra are soaked through with sweat. I could wring them out. I feel kinda pukey. Just like the contestants on BL. I only plan on pushing myself that hard once a week. Cause it isn't any fun. I want to enjoy my workouts so I stay doing them.
(although I do feel powerful!)

  1. Holy mahoney woman....9.6 miles? How is it possible that's all the cals you burned? That doesn't seem accurate!? That is some serious distance in 64 minutes......wow.

  2. I know, it's not fair. (the cals) I mean level 3 and my legs were going so fast...
    People at the gym were taking sideways looks at me...
    Anyway even if the calories aren't accurate, it doesn't mater. I know I maxed my body out. I did as much as I could, and will continue to get this weight off, for life.
