Day 11 - 221.6

Had a rough day yesterday. Don't know why. Ate pizza and ice cream.
Didn't exercise. The old me is trying to beat myself up for it today. The new me says "It's Ok! That's life! Onwards we go!"
So the new me dragged the old me to the gym. I feel better.

  1. Remember what Jon says about restricting your food too much...your body will interpret it as the opposite effect....did you get some photos that you like and are you doing the visualization? Don't sweat the small stuff. You went to the gym today and that's awesome!
